Working directly with a creative team at Google, Brolga and Josh Trotter, I had the pleasure of designing and animating a suite of dynamic, fun watch faces for the launch of the Fitbit Ace LTE smartwatch. Specifically designed for kids, the Fitbit Ace LTE aims to make exercise and movement engaging, with easy-to-follow goals and games. This was a technically challenging yet creatively rewarding brief, utilizing scalable, non-linear JSON animation. As the user progresses with their movement goals, the noodles grow along the watch face, adding a playful, interactive element.
